Our competitive gymnastics team is for advanced gymnasts who wish to compete.

Our team members compete in both AAU and USAG divisions at the

state, regional and national level.

 

Athletes must complete an evaluation with the competitive team director in order to register.

AAU COMPETITIVE GYMNASTICS

​Our AAU team competes in 3 regular season meets,

North Carolina AAU State Championship

and the AAU Southern Regional Championship.​​

AAU Copper trains 3.5 hours per week.

AAU Bronze trains 5 hours per week.

AAU Silver trains 6 hours per week.

AAU Gold trains 9 hours per week.

USAG COMPETITIVE GYMNASTICS

USAG team competes in 5 regular season meets, the State Championship and with

qualification to the Regional Championship.

USAG Optional, Diamond,& Platinum trains 13 hours per week.
